3P INSIGHTS offers a range of consulting services to help organizations improve their social, environmental, and economic performance and professionals improve their skills so they can make an even bigger impact. All of our services can be customized to meet unique organizational or individual needs. We work with small, medium, and large organizations in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, as well as individuals who need some professional support or who are looking to upskill. Consulting services are offered remotely and in person.
Training
Training helps organizations, teams, or business units gain deeper knowledge and build practical skills in a focused topic area. Our specialty is training related to diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI), environmental social governance (ESG), and corporate social responsibility (CSR), but we also offer more conventional leadership and management training. Training can be customized to meet unique organizational needs and scheduled as hourly, half-day, full-day, or multi-day events. Training can be conducted in a workshop format or seminar-style – whichever works best for your team!

Support
Our consulting services help organizations of all sizes in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors with planning or support for functional areas that need more focused professional attention. Support services are offered on a contractual basis and can be contracted on an hourly, weekly, monthly, or project-based schedule. We specialize in diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability-related audits, reports, and planning, but if there’s something else you’re looking for, we may still be able to help or recommend someone who can.
