At 3P INSIGHTS, we offer training, speaking and consulting services to help organizations in the public, private and nonprofit sectors strengthen their triple bottom line:

Founded by a college professor, we know the value of learning. Nelson Mandela said it best: “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” We offer learning opportunities that are designed to make an impact.

We believe in a growth mindset. We believe that talents and skills can be developed through hard work, good strategies, and input from others, and that every organization – regardless of size – can make a difference. We strive to empower people to do impactful work.
Wellness
If the COVID-19 pandemic taught us anything, it is that wellness is not only necessary for us to personally thrive, but it’s good for business. We believe in promoting wellness among our staff, partners, and broader stakeholders. We support wellness in our community through volunteer work and donations, and we believe in the healing power of nature.

We believe that creating inclusive societies and inclusive organizations is not just a moral imperative, but is the true path forward toward prosperity. We ensure that our organization is offering inclusive services and we support diverse organizations through our supply chain decisions and partnerships.
Progress Not Perfection
We don’t think people or organizations have to be “perfect” to help advance sustainable development. We embrace imperfect sustainability and we are sure that if everyone does a little bit better, making improvements whenever they can, we can leave this planet better than we found it.
Environmental Stewardship
We believe that if we nurture nature, nature will nurture us. We support environmental conservation and preservation efforts through volunteer work, donations, and awareness building. We reduce our own consumption of resources, recycle whenever possible, and offset our unavoidable negative impacts through support for forest and water conservation projects.
Message From Our Founder
Hi, I’m Dr. Jennifer Kuklenski
When I started 3P INSIGHTS, I already had years of experience working with organizations to develop more socially and environmentally aware strategies. As a Professor of Sustainable Business at Northland College – an environmental liberal arts college – I often had organizational leaders and entrepreneurs coming to me for support. In 2020, I like many people had a little extra time on my hands, which allowed me to finally start my consulting firm.
In my university studies and doctoral research, I focused on how organizations can help advance the U.N. Sustainable Development Goals to create a more inclusive, prosperous, and sustainable future. Organizations have so much influence and there are many practical steps we can take to make a collectively bigger impact.
3P INSIGHTS has been lucky to work with dozens of clients in the public, nonprofit, and private sector. Whether you’re a city manager, running a nonprofit, or managing a public corporation, I’m glad you’re here and I hope you’ll join me on this journey.

About Our Founder
Dr. Jennifer Kuklenski is a Public Policy Advisor and an award-winning Professor of Business in the Department of Social Responsibility at Northland College. She holds an MBA in Environmental Management and Sustainability and a PhD in International Development with an emphasis in Political and Economic Development. Her areas of expertise are diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), corporate social responsibility (CSR), sustainability, and social impact.
Jennifer is LEAN/Six Sigma certified and a Senior Fellow with Humanity in Action, an international educational organization that promotes human rights, diversity, and social justice globally. Having worked with both large and small organizations, including Stormy Kromer, ALLETE Inc., and United Auto Workers, Jennifer is particularly interested in helping for-profit and non-profit organizations realize the value of socially and environmentally responsive strategies as a part of their long-term planning efforts.
