WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?

Sustainability is at the forefront of organizational priorities today. In this course, you will learn how to gain efficiency, reduce internal and external negative impacts on stakeholders, and build a culture of integrity when meeting the challenges of tomorrow. Upon course completion, you’ll be able to synthesize the concepts of management with those that relate to the environment, the needs of present and future generations, and economic development.

Week 1: The Fundamental Pillars of Sustainability

Week 2: Sustainable Value Creation

Week 3: Impact Tools for Sustainability Managers

HOW WILL YOU LEARN?

Training courses are offered live, virtually via Zoom. Courses meet for one hour per week for 3 weeks. Participants have the option of daytime or evening participation (12:00 PM – 1:00 PM CST or 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM CST). There will be no “homework,” but you will be provided with recommended reading for further insight. Courses will be capped at 30 people per session to allow participants to interact with each other and the instructor.

Participants are given exclusive access to content and resources to further sharpen their skills during and after each seminar. You will also receive a course certificate upon seminar completion.

WHO WILL YOU LEARN WITH?

Dr. Jennifer Kuklenski

Professor of Business & Management and Founder of 3P Insights, LLC

Jennifer earned an MBA in Sustainability Management and a Ph.D. in International Development, and is a Senior Fellow with Humanity in Action. She is the Mark Professor of Social Science and the Program Coordinator for Business Administration at Northland College, where she has been teaching in the Department of Social Responsibility for 6 years.
